Hello, and welcome to The BigBoard. This is a site that I’ve had a lot of fun
building and I’ve made a lot of new friends over the months delivering some
fantastic Coins, Gemstones, and Ancient Artifacts!

Some of the items that I have had listed here have been Coins and
Tokens of all types and kinds, including Ancient, Medieval, Foreign, U.S.,
Civil War, Uncirculated, Proofs, Proof Sets, Medals, “Good For” tokens,
Misc. Error Coins, Novelty Coins (like two-headed, magician coins, etc.).

I am continually using my resources to obtain the widest variety of items
possible, using a network of friends, many of whom are professional
archeaologists. I do not have a lot of ‘glitz’ and ‘glamour’ here, no ‘bells’
and ‘whistles’ that we can do without, just as basic as can be. This Web
Site is made using a FREE Web Page Provider (TRIPOD). And, space is
limited.

Also, all the items that are listed for sale are owned by me. I do not accept any
items on consignment. That would be too time-consuming for me. Please do
not send me any attachments or graphics/images without first asking. That
is common courtesy, since these take so long to download and I no longer
accept attachments generally because this is the way that many viruses are
being sent now.

Some of the other items that I have been able to offer in the past and that I
am sure will be up for auction again are; Ancient Roman Coins, Ancient
Greek Coins, Coins of the Roman Republic and of Imperial Rome, as well
as Byzantine Coins all of various denominations. I’ve had many Medieval
Coins from Europe (France, England, Hungary, Germany, Poland, and the
Nordic/Scandanavian Countries, etc.). Many Oriental Coins of various types
and kinds, as well as Spanish Cobs and many ‘Unique’ coins of the U.S.,
including Earlier types.

From time to time I will have coins that I am not certain of and I will call those
‘Copies’ or ‘Replicas’ if I am not certain of their authenticity, or if I know them
to not be genuine. I make Special Offers when I can secure enough of certain
items such as Coins or Gems and list these under the catagory of ‘Fixed Price’
items (at the end of the Listing).

Other items that you might find listed in the auction are; Early U.S. Copper,
Silver, and Gold Coins. Sometimes I get in Relics and Artifacts from all eras
and geographic locations. In the U.S. that can range from Civil War Items as
well as Pre-Civil War and Post-Civil War, Indian Arrowheads, and even a few
‘Slave Tags’ and Tokens from time to time. Or, from overseas, Roman Lead
Seals, Fragments of Ancient Tablets, and Stones or Plates w/ Ancient writing
on them. Sometimes I get in Egyptian Scarabs and Gemstones of Ancient
Royalty and Aristocrats.

Some of the kinds of Gemstones that you will see offered are; Diamonds,
Emeralds, and Rubies. As well as Jade, and other Precious Gems. Many times
these are nice large Gemstones and very nice examples of Birthstones like
Amethyst, Pearls, etc. You may find Citrine, Peridot and Garnets listed as well
as some very unusual items such as Uranium! There is no telling what you’ll
find here! So, take a look and have fun!!!
